Photography Submissions - Exhibition, cafe clock, marrakech
By submitting your photography, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms and Conditions
Submissions may be made via: www.confluencetheworld.com
1. We accept one submission per photographer. Photographers must be based in Morocco.
2. All images submitted must be your own work and you must be the sole owner and owner of copyright.
3. Images submitted must not be obscene, defamatory or in breach of any applicable legislation or regulations.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the relevant model or property releases and licences, if applicable.
5. All work must be submitted online. Digital files are required. Prints not accepted.
6. Digital images submitted (will be printed for exhibition) should be saved as .jpeg, high resolution.
7. Colour or black and white photography is accepted.
8. No border, signature, mark, stamp, or any other identifying mark is allowed anywhere on the entry.
9. All submissions will be reviewed by a selection panel and once the panel have reviewed your submission we will contact you by email to notify you if you have been successful.
10. All suitable submissions received will be featured on the Confluence website.

STORY SUBMISSION:
By submitting your story, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions

I am submitting a story to Confluence via the hello@confluencetheworld.com website. I realise that the story may be used by Confluence and the story is submitted on the following conditions:
1. We accept submissions from anywhere in the world, but stories must be written or translated into English.
2. You must represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the story.
3. You must hereby grant (and release to) Confluence a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free transferable licence, with rights to publish, use for advertising or publicity purposes, and otherwise use the story in web, print, video, audio, radio, television or live stage program.
4. You must agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation because of the use by Confluence of the story or any similar material.
5. You must retain a copy of the story, and release Confluence from any and all liability for loss or other damage to the copies of the story submitted to Confluence.
